As part of the VINCI Group Social Protection Minimum Standards, Spiecapag is proud to announce the introduction of new minimum standards for Paid Parental Leave Benefits, reflecting our commitment to support employees during important life stages.

Our new Parental Support Toolkit is a comprehensive resource designed to assist parents and parents to be as they embark on their journey to parenthood. This initiative is part of Spiecapag’s ongoing commitment to enhancing the employee experience and responding to the needs of its workforce.

The Parental Support Toolkit includes:

• Parental Leave Policies: Detailed information on enhanced Paid Parental Leave for both primary carers and partners, beyond the minimum Australian government benefits that people may be eligible for.
• Flexible Working Arrangements: Guidelines on how to request and manage flexible working hours to balance work and family life.
• Childcare Support: Information on available childcare services and subsidies.
• Health and Wellbeing Resources: Access to resources that support the physical and mental wellbeing of parents.
