Running with Purpose: Team Spiecapag at the Brisbane Marathon Festival
Spiecapag Australia is proud to celebrate a milestone moment of team spirit, community impact, and purposeful partnership following our participation in the 2025 Brisbane Marathon Festival. Over the past three months, Team Spiecapag has trained, fundraised, and rallied together in support of the Indigenous Marathon Foundation (IMF), an organisation that uses running as a powerful tool to promote health, leadership, and social change among Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. Whether sprinting, jogging, walking, or limping across the finish line, every member of our team gave it their all. And thanks to the incredible generosity of our donors and sponsors, we raised over $25,000, earning the title of Best Fundraising Team for the second year in a row!
To mark this achievement, we had the honour of welcoming Rob de Castella AO MBE, Founder & Director of IMF, and Tristan Nelliman-Adams, Assistant Coach & Program Coordinator of the Indigenous Marathon Project, to our Brisbane head office. It was a proud moment to present our donation and hear firsthand about the Foundation’s inspiring work. We also extend our heartfelt congratulations to the IMF team for receiving the Queensland Reconciliation Award in the Health category, a well-deserved recognition of their national impact and a meaningful way to close National Reconciliation Week.
Finally, big shout-out to our generous sponsors, without whom this achievement wouldn’t have been possible:
Platinum Sponsors
Austrack Equipment Pty Ltd, CNC Project Management, Davichi, Higgins Services Inc, MNG Landpartners, MUDLOGIC, Pipeline Plant Hire, UEA Pty Ltd
Gold Sponsors
CST Hire, SPEC, Clemenger International Freight, Piping Specialty Supply Service (PSSS)
Together, we’re not just building pipelines—we’re building better and healthier communities. Thank you to everyone who ran, donated, cheered, and supported!
