Empowering the Next Generation of Industry Leaders!

At Spiecapag, we believe in investing in the next generation of leaders. Each year, we proudly support young professionals to attend the Australian Gas Industry Trust Gas Speak Colloquium – a program dedicated to building communication and leadership skills for the future of the gas industry.

This year, three of our talented team members joined the Colloquium in Canberra, where they immersed themselves in sessions on public speaking, storytelling, stagecraft, and industry insights, while connecting with peers and mentors from across the sector.

Here’s what Celine Habib, one of our participants, shared about the experience:

“This program has been an incredibly valuable professional development experience. It provided deep insights into public speaking and emphasised the importance of communication in our industry. We also learned so much about the gas industry and the future of energy, which made the experience even more impactful. What stood out most was the supportive environment – everyone was there to learn, grow, and encourage one another.”
