John Rutherford wins 2025 APGA Young Achievement Award

This morning at the APGA Convention in Brisbane, John Rutherford, our HDD Operations Manager, was honoured with the prestigious Young Achievement Award – a recognition of his outstanding contributions to trenchless technology and the pipeline industry.

From leading complex HDD projects across Australia and Papua New Guinea to championing sustainability and mentoring the next generation of engineers, John’s impact is already wide-reaching.

As John shared during his acceptance speech: “Receiving the APGA Young Achievement Award, I feel a mix of pride, gratitude, and humility. To be recognised by an organisation that represents the very backbone of Australia’s energy and pipeline industry is truly an honour.”
